TAGAN
Hi I'm Tagan, welcome to Top Level Fitness. I have now been in the fitness industry for upcoming 7 years and have completely grown and changed as a personal trainer. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise and every workout. My realistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. I have helped hundreds of people change their lifestyle to the best version of themselves and couldn't be more happier in what I do.

KEVIN
Hi I'm Kevin and I've been in the fitness industry for around 8 years. Throughout my career as a PT I've worked with hundreds of clients. Helping them achieve their goals and build their confidence in and out of the gym. I love to see my clients progressing, enjoying the process and becoming the best version of themselves. I don't take myself too seriously and always make sure we have a fun and engaging session.

GROUP CLASSES
The classes we run are developed to help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. The timetable give a variety of classes from resistance to cardio, Circuits to HiiT, Spin to Step Aerobics. All in which are suitable for anyone at any ability. Adaptations will always be made for regressions and progressions.
All members at Top Level Fitness started from scratch and day 1 at us.
PERSONAL TRAINING + ONLINE COACHING
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! We will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. Resistance training in a gym environment will help your strength and get you closer to increasing muscle. Personal Training sessions are in a private studio where you can be alone to learn how to lift before stepping into a gym.


I cant quit believe how much I've achieved whilst training with Tagan. I'm the fittest, strongest, healthiest and happiest I've ever been and I cant thank Tagan enough. My PT sessions are great and she always pushes me that little bit more each time. The team is an inclusive environment in all her group sessions and she really cares about he clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
